All words with apostrophes like "l'anglais" (the English) and "j'ai" (I have) will only be broken down at the very final level. i.e. do not ever break these down, except at the very last page possible.
This gives a 100% match between the sound of the sentence and the sound of the breakdown items when played in a row.
Example 1:
All sentences which use "j'ai" will never split these words into "je" + "ai", and "j'ai" will be split up ONLY on the page for "j'ai" (i.e. on the page i-have).
So, breakdown i-have-a-big-family as "j'ai" + "une" + "grande" + "famille", and NOT as "je" + "ai" + "une" + "grande" + "famille"
Exampe 2:
In the following
this should be broken down as:
- mon + grand-pere + ne + comprend + pas + l'anglais
and not:
- mon + grand-pere + ne + comprend + pas + le + anglais
Then on the "l'anglais" page we will breakdown as "le" + "anglais".
